We hope you love your Maria Harran Merch custom designed products as much as we do, however please email us at info@mariaharran.com if you have any issues with your purchase or to arrange a return, we will be happy to help you out . Due to the custom and sustainability nature of our products please take time to check our extensive sizing charts to ensure you order the perfect fit for you.

Note: Returns are at cost to the consumer. When returning your order, we highly recommend using a tracked service and keeping your receipt as we are not liable for undelivered/lost returns.

Facemasks

For health and hygiene reasons, our Face masks are non returnable sorry.

Sweatshirts

Our Sweatshirts can be returned within 3 days of receiving, unworn with tags please. Check our sizing charts to ensure you order the size perfect for you to avoid disappointment.

We do not offer replacements or refunds for wear and tear, please look after your sweatshirt following the care instructions below.

Care instruction

Turn inside out before washing. Iron on the reverse of the printed side. 30°c wash. Low tumble heat. Low heat iron. Steam safe.

Swimsuits

Our Swimsuits can be returned within 3 days of receiving, unworn with tags and hygiene sticker intact please. Check our sizing charts to ensure you order the size perfect for you to avoid disappointment.

We do not offer replacements or refunds for wear and tear, please look after your swimsuit following the care instructions below.

Surface wipe only. Clean gently by hand with mild soapy damp cloth.

Machine wash at 30°c for best results. Because we use dye sublimation, the print won't fade over time with washing.
